Taking a day out of your week to meal prep is a huge time-saver, it allows your to think about what foods to prepare so you can avoid the morning rush and you know exactly what’s in the food because YOU prepared it. Healthy eating by default can be costly and boring at times but it does pay off if you stick with it. Look at the foods that you have in your pantry. Are they healthy or less than? Start by making small substitutions in your diet and over time they’ll add up to a huge victory for you!
