I’m John your life coach….You deserve better for yourself and I’m here to help make sure you get it!

Hello everybody! I’m John. I’m 40 years young, celebrating my tenth year as a personal trainer and wellness coach. Within the past two years, I have become certified as a men’s life coach and started an online fitness business and now I’m here to share my wisdom from my life experiences with you all.

I grew up in a small suburb outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania called North Huntingdon. At the age of 10, I had the biggest change of my life that literally turned everything upside down. I came down with Guillian-Barre Syndrome and was paralyzed from the neck down. It was through that experience that I developed a mindset that was geared toward assisting people meet their goals and breaking down the barriers that prohibit us from achieving them.

I attended Penn State University where I studied Psychology/Communications and eventually became a personal trainer, working with teenagers and adults of all backgrounds, races and genders. I also have a vast background in working with students and adults with developmental disorders as well as physical disorders, such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, etc. I hold certifications as a Wellness Coach, Sports Injury Specialist, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and Men’s Life Coach.
